Tracy Ricks received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcasting Communications from the University of Alabama. She is a certified transformational life coach, licensed professional therapist, and has completed her studies for a Master's Degree in Counseling/Psychology. Tracy Ricks is also an alumnus of the renowned Crenshaw Christian Center Ministry Training Institute where Apostle Frederick K.C. Price is the founding president.

Tracy Ricks believes passionately about living a balanced "good life" and leading by example. Some of her hobbies include traveling, reading, and riding with her husband on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Also, she presently serves as Assistant Pastor of Shekinah Glory Fellowship Center under the leadership of her husband, Pastor Rex A. Ricks, Sr. She and husband reside in Fayetteville, GA along with their three children, Christina, Rex Jr., and Tia Lonnette Ricks.
